Because of the high demand for classes and extremely limited space, Prey has a strict cancellation policy. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.

This is a very small business and we spend a lot of time creating, advertising and preparing for classes.

We must be fair to other students and ask that you respect our business practices. It's what keeps class prices reasonable, sizes small and staff sane. We hope you understand. 

ALL cancelations will result in a $100 fee deducted from your payment. This fee helps cover the cost of reposting and re-selling your spot. 

If we cannot re-sell your spot, you forfeit any deposit or cost paid. If we can re-sell your spot, we will refund your payment minus the $100 fee. 

You may transfer your spot to anyone for no fee. We would just require the name of the substitute and they would be responsible for any remaining class fees.  

Cancelations after 24 hours of class start time or "No Shows" unfortunately cannot receive a refund. 'Switching' classes is considered a cancelation of your class. Missing a class day or arriving more than 30 minutes late for class is considered a "No Show" and you will not be admitted, as it is not fair to the other students. 

To cancel, you must call or text Prey at 323-896-0573 or email info@preytaxidermy.com. Please give the name you purchased the class under and the scheduled date of your class. 

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
